Georgia Download Destination offers downloadable audiobooks and eBooks! From the convenience of your home or office, OverDrive Audiobooks and eBooks can be downloaded to your PC, burned to a CD (when allowed by the publisher), or transferred to a supported portable device.

OverDrive eBook & Audiobook App Optimized for iPad

OverDrive Media Console for iPhone/iPad v2.2 optimizes the user experience for eBooks and audiobooks on the Apple tablet. Whether users are reading an EPUB eBook, listening to an MP3 audiobook, or browsing the OverDrive Media Console library, they'll now have the full iPad screen utilized for their enjoyment.

In addition, the app for iOS devices, including iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch, now supports landscape and portrait orientation, and a new calendar icon displays the number of days remaining on the loan.

The free app is available in the App Store, and can be installed on Apple devices running iOS v4.0 (or newer). Users with OverDrive Media Console already installed will be notified that an update is available.

Playaway is the newest format of audio, combining a wide variety of content with an easy-to-use player all in one small unit. When you receive your Playaway, all you have to do is press play to start listening immediately – there is no need for a separate player, and it comes with a battery to make it play.
