| Renewals |

Books, audio cassettes and compact discs may be renewed twice if another patron has not made a request for that item. Items borrowed from the non-PINES libraries, videos cassettes, and DVDs may not be renewed. Renewals may be made in person, by telephone or online at www.pines.lib.ga.us. Please have your library card available when renewing by phone. When renewing online, have your library card number and PIN available.

| Holds | |
|
You may place a hold for library material not currently available at your library. Reserves may be placed in person, by phone or online with a PINES library card.

| InterLibrary Loan | |
|
Materials not allowed by Dougherty County Public Library, which are in other
library systems, may be obtained via InterLibrary Loan (ILL). Generally,
most libraries will not lend: ٠ Genealogy Books ٠ Audio-visual materials -CDs, Videos, etc. ٠ Books published within the last 18 months ٠ Newspapers and magazines in their entirety
ILL request may be placed in person at any branch or by submitting an electronic request via www.docolib.org. A valid PINES library card is required. |

| OPACs | |

Online Public Access Catalogs (OPACs) are located throughout the library
for your use. They may be used to search the holdings of all PINES
libraries, place holds, renew items, change PIN numbers or review the status
of your patron record. You can also access the catalog from your home or
office computer at www.pines.lib.ga.us.
Your library card number and PIN are required for user services. PIN numbers
are available at public service desk by presenting a current PINES card and
identification.
