· Please limit email Reference Questions to those that have concise, factual answers. We can answer questions covering a wide range of subjects such as:

   1.) Quick facts

   2.) Who's in government and how to contact them

   3.) Spelling, grammar, and definition

   4.) Dates and anniversaries

   5.)Etiquette

· Messages may be sent at any time of the day or night. Our goal is to respond to most reference questions within 24 hours.

· Some reference questions are more complex than they might appear and might require consultation with you. For this reason, we are requesting your phone number and fax number, if available.
